Rick's Diesel & Auto Repair LLC provides heavy and medium-duty diesel truck repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and roadside service in Texas. Our services include but are not limited to:

AI-Assisted Communication

Rick's Diesel & Auto Repair LLC uses AI-powered phone systems to assist with inbound call handling, appointment scheduling, and job applicant screening. By calling our shop phone number or applying through our careers page, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Your call may be answered by an AI receptionist that collects your information and schedules appointments on behalf of the shop
• If you apply for a job, you may receive an automated phone call from our AI recruiting system for an initial screening conversation
• Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and to ensure accurate capture of your information
• Information collected during calls is used solely for the purpose of providing our services or processing your job application

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to Rick's Diesel & Auto Repair LLC — whether by phone call, online form, or in person — and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• Types of messages: You will receive service-related transactional messages only, including photo upload links, appointment confirmations, pickup notifications, post-service follow-ups, review requests, preventive maintenance reminders, and follow-ups on declined repair recommendations.

By providing your phone number and agreeing during the call, you consent to receive these messages before the call ends.
• Online form submission: When you submit your phone number through our online booking form at rickdieselandautorepair.com/#booking or our contact form, you check a consent checkbox agreeing to receive service-related text messages as described in this document and our Privacy Policy.
• In person: When you provide your phone number during an in-person visit and verbally agree to receive text updates about your service.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may request service without opting into text messages.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are subject to change based on actual diagnosis and parts availability. We will contact you for approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate. No work will be performed without your authorization.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by service and parts used. Specific warranty information will be provided with your invoice. Warranty claims must be made by contacting our shop directly.

Limitation of Liability

Rick's Diesel & Auto Repair LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
